Wrong email address for new contract

I called Virgin to order a new TiVo box as we haven’t used ours for 3 years following a house extension. The old box was broken in all the debris and got thrown out so we’ve made do without it. 
We’ve been paying for TV ever since so I want to start using it again so I’ve ordered a new box - we were out of contract so were offered a cheaper deal with faster broadband and a good price for a new box, obviously if we signed up for a new contract. 
All fine, apparently this has all been emailed out to confirm and the box should have arrived a week ago. But…no box yet and no emails. When I checked my account, although my email is correct on the main profile the contract has been sent to a very old email that I no longer have access to. I can see I’ve been charged for the box but can’t see any mention of delivery and I’ve had nothing on my normal email. 
How do I get this old email changed please?

If you search this forum you'll see similar stories. Usually you'll get a forum mod to PM (private message) you and be able to raise an IT ticket to do it. Don't believe you can do it by phoning the call centre, so you might need to wait a day or so for a reply here.
