Wrong discount added this month - is there a reason??

Last year we negotiated to essentially stay at the same price as the year before.

After a lot of messing around and the the wrong discounts applied for around 4 months it was all rectified. Essentially there needed to be a £10 credit applied every month outside a of any normal discount.

Everything has been fine, except today I have received the bill and there is only £5 credit applied.

Can anyone shed any light on the matter please?
