Wrong contract

My existing contract is going to end on 30 May and I asked for cancellation since I was planning to move to a different provider. The next day someone from the retention division called me and offered a package for GBP 21.00 and also said that I will be charged the current rate of GBP 31.00 till the new contract starts from 19 June. However, I received an email that says I've signed for a GBP 26.00 contract and I will be charged at GBP 40.10 for the remainder of the current contract!

Can someone in the forum, please let me know how to change to the package that I requested?
