Had to book appointment for technician to visit to sort out broadband connection issue, but the contact number is for my landline, not the mobile number I've used for years. Tried amending number in My Virgin Media, but it won't save. Why has my contact number changed from my mobile in the first place, and why can't I change it back. It's frustrating when I have an appointment booked and won't be able to be contacted if the technician needs to call.

Hello Jon-J,
Thanks for those details.
I have updated the contact number now for you.
So any calls or confirmation etc for fault appointments will go to the number provided.

Hello Jon-J,
Thanks for your post.
Sorry to hear about the issue with your contact number being incorrect
I can look into this for you and change it over.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security.
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
Regards

Hi
I have just reviewed my account details and note that the contact number is incorrect (a number in Glasgow!) and when i try to correct the number to either my landline or mobile number the charge cannot be saved. Can a moderator please contact me to sort this out.
Thank you
