Wrong bill!

I renegotiated my package last Friday as we were in the final month of out contract. After nearly 4 hours(!) on a live chat I finally got a package I was happy with for £100 per month. My contract updated within 24 hours on my account but on Monday this month’s bill appeared and it is based off my old package. Virgin charge in advance so I’m actually owed money from last month’s bill but they want to charge me £131 for 11th October to 10th November. I’ve waited a few days to see if they bill updated to reflect my new contract but nothing. How do I rectify this before Virgin take my bill on 16th? Then they’ll owe me even more money!
