Wrong address

I have just ordered Virgin Broadband but have managed to put wrong address and ordered it to my neighbours address! I have no account number and can’t seem to remedy this. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks for posting this on our forums, don't worry about this - It happens more often than you think!

As long as you can answer some questions within a PM I will be able to help get your incorrect installation cancelled, but you'll still need to call the sales team on 0800 183 1234 to sign up under the correct address.
