when I try to log on it says ' this is a secondary account' and all the details including the account number are from my previous address. I have rang customer services twice but they are no use.

Can I ask if you were the account holder when you were at your previous address and if you're using the same email address from this account?
Also, when you moved did you receive a verification email?
