Hi I’ve recently linked my Netflix account to the volt package as virgin suggested. Which was fine for a month or two. However I now have somebodies account from Spain linked to my package. So I’m now unable to watch Netflix as I’m locked out by this Spanish family. I’ve tried to reset my password via Netflix and it now says the account doesn’t exist.
Any help would be appreciated

I have had exact same issue. 3 calls to Virgin over 3 weeks later absolutely no resolution. They even started to charge me for Netflix even though included in oackage.

What have the team advised when you have spoken to them? Is this the same across all devices you have the Netflix App or service running on?
