Wrong Email

I joined virgin media yesterday via the phone, but it seems the Sales rep got my Email wrong as when i signed in to My Virgin Media it showed a slight typo in the email. I had asked for my quickstart kit to be delivered to a store to collect so currently I have no means of detail on that order as it was all sent to another email. Is there a way to get the confirmation details back?
