Wrong Contract

Hello,

Hope you might be able to help me with my contract please. 

April 1st I purchased broadband 100 from virgin.

It should be £10 a month for 12 months plus a £50 Amazon voucher for clicking through the money supermarket link.

But virgin have sent me a contract for £42 a month which can't be right?

My hub was installed on Saturday and is working fine.

I have screenshots and confirmation        e-mails if needed.

Same here mate sent me a contract for £42 a month. Then another contract £24 for 12 months going up to £42 after 12 months. I to went through money supermarket and got the same deal £10 a month for 12 months. I've rang them twice and now waiting for a manager to ring me back. Tried billing me my first bill £48 instead of £20. I've got the e-mail with reference number on it stating I ordered £10 a month for 12 months.
