Wrong Contract shown in My Virgin Media Account

After a lot of issues during my renewal process I thought I had eventually got things sorted but when I login to my account the most recent contract shown is dated 3/10/23 and it says that I will only have a phone service from that date which is not correct because I agreed a new contract on the 19/9/23 for phone, broadband and Stream box.

I called the customer service team but all they said was it must be a bug in the system because they can’t see it, how can’t they see it when I can.

Based on all the issues I had up to the point of agreeing my new contract which involved me loosing services and struggling to get them back I’m worried the same thing is going to happen again on the 3/10/23.

Can someone please look into this for me and have the wrong contract removed from my account so I don’t lose any services.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your contract at the moment, I have looked into this further and can see that the contract that you have received is in error and there is nothing on your main account to show this as implemented or to be implemented, so this new contract can be ignored, please use the contract that you recently agreed to that is the correct one.
