Wrong Contract Price

Please can someone help with this as I am being charged an incorrect contract price to what I agreed to (should be written in my notes). The price changes should have taken effect from my renewal date and I am paying almost double what was agreed in the deal, this is the fourth time I have reached out to resolve this issue. Each time I called, I was told that it had been sorted and billing would reflect the agreed price and it still doesn't!

Now it is impossible to get hold of anyone at Virgin Media to resolve this issue. Please can someone from Virgin PM me to get this sorted.

Please help as this is much more than the deal we agreed to pay.
