Hi I have been charged an extra £11 on my account for no reason. Please get in touch to amend and credit my account immediately!
When you compare this higher bill with the previous one, what does it attribute the extra charge to?
The usual reason is a time-limited discount coming to an end.

Hi there, it is £11 difference and there is nothing in a contract to state that this will go up. Please advice
Have you tried calling? It is a Sunday evening, best case is to sit tight until tomorrow morning. Give them a ring, or you can wait for a moderator to respond.

All of your previous bills will show any promotional discounts, how much they are for, when they're going to expire and the amount after that date.
It may be that a discount has expired resulting in the increase.
