Worried about my Contract

Morning.
I renewed my Virgin contract in Oct 22 as an 18 month contract which was due to expire in Apr 24, with discount it was £54 which as a low income family was okay, it was put up to £69 with the price increase this year which we really had not much of an option but to accept.

We moved house in September this year and took Virgin with us as the previous person living here had Virgin an seemed an easy fix.

I had to pay a fee for moving which I was happy with but noticed they had given me a new contract which would now expire in Mar 2025, meaning any discount I was getting would cease in Apr 24 pushing my bill up to £100!!
After some time on the phone the operator told me not to worry it would be okay and it wouldn't affect me and would stay the same, but looking at the contract I have now, I believe that I will get charged the full amount from Apr next year, this amount I really cannot afford and will leave us short!!! I feel a little sick to the stomach to be honest.
