Won't be able to pay re: COVID-19

Can't get anyone to answer about reducing TV package but everyone seems willing to offer more which in turn means higher payment which I am trying to reduce, due to a reduction in earnings.

Each phone call took about 1 hr to answer, so I think next step and easiest bet is to cancel TV and telephone and just keep broadband if possible, Sky had the most realistic price scale but now during this virus will not accept any new customers
