Will Virgin CS help me?

Asking as I don't want to waste my time calling them for a long phone delay. Basically my computer has a virus (thanks F-secure, you're **bleep**)  and I've had my bank card details stolen and they've rinsed my bank account dry. Problem I have is my direct debit was due yesterday and it obviously didn't go out. Will they be supportive and help me? I don't want to call only for them to turn around and tell me they are going to suspend my service, after the day I've had it's the last thing I really need.

Thanks for the post Itsbreeze and sorry to hear of the situation. 

 

As long as payment is made by the next months bill your services shouldn't be suspended.

 

If you still need assistance at that time please call and ask for the collections team who can set up a payment plan for you.
