I accessed my Virgin Media account to look at my contract and found a message on the My Bills Overview page saying "Your account has been suspended! This is because you've gone over your credit limit of £50.00."
How is this possible? I have always paid my previous bills in fullbefore the due date, and the due date for the most recent bill is not until 15 November 2020? Also, I just checked all my QuickPay email receipts for 2020 and every bill was paid without any problems. What gives?
