Why it is so difficult cancellation my account

ccount with virgin media and i have been trying to cancel it since last 2 days, they just wasting my time transferring me here and there, but not doing anything I requested..

Customer services is very poor, like third world country, dealing with customers like unpleasant way, trying to make fool, 

That make me very unhappy and I will not return back to that kind of third class customer service.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and a very warm welcome to you, I am sorry to hear you are leaving us, what is the reason you are leaving, is it due to a move or something else, the reason I ask is for a disconnection it would be customer relations  on 0345 454 1111 options 1,4 then 5 before making any decisions, they will be able to do a full review on your account and get the best deal available to you.
