Can I ask if you've attempted to clear cache and cookies? Have you tried another browser / device?
Does this issue still occur if you go into private mode or incognito mode?

I tried everything and even now I have reached out to Virgin Media and they keep redirecting me to a bot and WhatsApp communication, which are not yielding to anything
