Why is it such a difficult thing to create a Virgin Media account after signing up for broadband service?

I'm sorry to hear about the struggle you're having when trying to make a MyVM account online.
Can I ask if you've attempted to clear cache and cookies? Have you tried another browser / device?
Does this issue still occur if you go into private mode or incognito mode?

I tried everything and even now I have reached out to Virgin Media and they keep redirecting me to a bot and WhatsApp communication, which are not yielding to anything 

There is need to improve the efficiency of communication and follow up with clients. So far I am not impressed

I need to speak with a human not a bot! And where are your offices near Northampton coz the one in town is closed!
