Why is customer services so bad?

Been on hold for three hours today trying to solve an issue.

One hour this morning. I had to go out. One hour earlier this evening. You cut me off.

An hour just now. My handset went flat.

Busy unfortunately.

VM currently have 5.58 million customers.

If 0.01% of them have a query each day that's 558 people.

How many people would there be in a reduced call centre/working from home?

It soon adds up!

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your services looked into, I am sorry if the call wait times on the phone has been causing some frustration. I would be more than happy to look into this for you if you could explain what issue you're having?
