Why has my bill gone up to £43
can any one at virgin tell me

The usual reason is that you have completed your contract minimum period and you revert to full price with discounts removed.
Check your bills and contract to see if this is the case.

Hi it was £43 before they took the Disney channels off us now we don't have Disney channels and still pay £43 and have you ever tried calling virgin there is not enough hours in the day to wait for them on the phone
