Why is this hard time’s when all your staff are wfh would you stop the chat option. I just don’t understand why you would do this. I can under challenges with telephony and I can only image that your doing this to stop people accessing the ability to downgrade and cancel. How companies handle times like this make them or break them. At the moment your broken. Not looking good for the future.
Would be cheaper just get them laptops. Or better still update the website so we can actually self service. I hope the Indian staff are still getting paid and will still have jobs after things return to normal.
