Why do I need to upgrade my TV to subscribe to Starzplay?

Have been trying to subscribe to Starzplay and have noticed that there is an 'Upgrade your TV' on the screen and the 'order is processing' is till showing after a couple of hours now. 

Why do I need to upgrade my TV and what spec. do I need?

How long does the order take to process?

The upgrade your TV message  doesn't mean your actual TV set, but the package you are on.

You would need to go to Settings> Apps & Games> All Apps >TV Upgrades> Starzplay and then click on Add STARZPLAY now

Any problems and there should be a phone number ons creen to call (they won't be open today)

Thanks for that. Seems a bit daft to say 'upgrade your TV' when it means something else.

Not problem but note Starzplay is still saying 'processing my order' although I have had an email from VM confirming that changes have been made to my package and that money will be taken from my next bill. When will it stop saying 'processing my order'?

We can't add Starzplay as it still is processing our order.

When did you process the request pot-shandley? It can take up to 24 hours for this to complete and is always a good idea to reboot the box for good measure.

This was done yesterday so may not be quite 24 hours yet. I will restart the TIVO.

Leave it for the 24 hours and let us know if you're still having problems after this time pot-shandley .
