Why do I have to wait 60 days to sign up for the RCN deal when we are already on Virgin Media but its .

My husbands deal ends in March so I would like to sign up as a new customer and take advantage of the RCN deal - he was advised that we would have to be disconnected from Virgin Media for 60 days before I could sign up to the deal - is this true?  I am quite shocked if it is.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the forums in regards to a new customer deal. 

 

Apologies for the delays in responding to your post, we're really busy at the moment given the current situation. Have you been able to speak to the team in regards to this since your post?

 

We do ask for a period of 90 days to pass between the disconnection of the old account and being eligible for a new customer deal. If you call 0800 183 1234 once the disconnection completes they will be able to discuss this with you.
