I'm having similar problem.
I received an email - as usual for each month - saying my bill is ready and can view it. The given link didn't work.
I logged in - as usual - but the site does not show my bill and everywhere I click simply gives a help thing. More clicking around merely drives me around in circles through the links and back again.
The greeting of "Hello thingybob" is there, as is my package offer to upgrade and spend more.
As my bill was said to be more than £20 up on the usual, I would really like to see it, before I go off the deep end!
Could someone poke this under someone's nose and have the site corrected please? This and other problems are getting up my hooter!
