I am trying to get in touch with Virgin about a new account, but the phones just cut off. I spoke to them 2 weeks ago and was told someone would ring, but nobody did. Maybe if I cancelled our order they would get in touch?
I would love to be able to give you a reason why they're unable to answer phones at the moment but considering other companies have been able to employ work from home people to help with calls, It seems that this is just how Virgin will continue run until further notice and India comes back online.

10 year's managing 9 Virgin Media accounts, and things never got any better, closed last 4 accounts since January 2021 :L
