I have been trying to cancel my service since Saturday as I am moving to an area with no virgin. Phone not being answered, chat I have been sat on for 2 hours you can't DM the twitter account. I am pulling my hair out.
Just to confirm this was sorted last night after 4 hours waiting. I finally got sorted at 10.35pm. Terrible service and was more frustrated by the fact I kept getting asked if I knew who was moving in so Virgin were using me to do their marketing
I am not sorry to be leaving after at least 15 years. Deterioration in customer service has been marked.
