Why can't I end my contract?

Hello every community member,

I will move to a flat where the broadband bill is included,
so sorry to not use virgin media service!
My virgin media broadband contract will be ended on 14 March 2024
and I would like to cancel the contract on 17 September 2023.
I have contacted virgin media via online chat and whatsapp chat,
they keep me waiting for 3 days, maybe forever.
I know I have to pay the early disconnection fee and return the hub, it is ok.

But virgin media team seem not following my case. Anyone can help, help, help, please?

I have tried all the methods except the letter. You mean I need to send the leaving request by post to:
Virgin Media, Sunderland, SR43 4A ?

Yes, letter.  Send by signed for from the Post Office, so there is a record of delivery.
