Welcome back to the forums and thank you for your post. 

 

Whilst it is sometimes possible to upgrade your account online, its not possible to make other changes online the team via the phone will be more than happy to assist you further.

whilst i appreciate the current situation is diffucult i think for the money people pay to vm the overall service is very poor, i have been a customer for a very long time now and am that disillusioned i am seriously considering cancelling my contract with vmware
