Wheres my upgrade order?

So i have now placed 2 identical orders to upgrade my services with references WS7257759 (placed 28th October) and WS7273678 (placed 4th November).

I have both order confirmatiom emails so you've accepted them but nothing has happened or appeared in my order tracking.

I've read somewhere similar stories where VM can't see what was on the order which stinks of fraud to me.

Perhsps someone can enlighten me as to where either of these orders are before I terminate and go elsewhere.

P.S i have a complaint registered for this very same thing ref C-091120539 and heard nothing in over a week.

Not great work Virgin, not great at all 😡
