I have had a UK account and was being supplied broadband by VM to my old address in London, on cencelling I was advised (still dont understand why as have done the full term) I need to send proof of my new address to confirm VM cannot supply this address and avoid a £25 cancellation fee. Can someone guide me on where to email the proof of address as just spent an hour waiting on chat and no advisor as yet. Many Thanks in advance
