Two weeks ago a lovely VM forum rep gave me £50 credit to make up for all sorts of issues. Yet today I've still had monies taken out of my bank account as usual. Surely if I've got credit (I've tried to find it in my VM account but am unable to) then the monthly bill should be paid out of the credit? Does this ring a bell with anyone, or does anyone know how to locate credits in one's VM account?
If a credit has been applied you should see it in the Recent charges/adjustments section of your online bills section. These will appear on the next bill to be issued. They do not automatically get deducted from the current bill.
