Where is my free tv?

I joined virgin on 22/7 after leaving sky because you had an offer which gave me a free lg 43” 4K tv. As of today I have not seen sight of that TV. I have raised complaints, contacted you for updates, I’ve even received an email to say it has been dispatched but it never turned up. I’m currently on hold again for what seems like the 20th time to chase. I am so fed up. You are contractually obliged to provide the tv and yet you still fail to. I signed up because of that free gift and I wished I had never bothered!
