Where is my contract?

I telephoned retentions on Thursday morning and negotiated a new price on an eighteen month contract. I have not had a confirmation email and the new contract is not showing in my virgin media. I'm sure it doesn't usually take this long to update. Could this be a result of virgin staff working from home, or should I chase this? I don't really want to go through the palaver of negotiating again!

No, I didn't change any services on this occasion. Just renegotiated on price!
