Where is my contract and how to speak to a human being(

Simple question,I cannot see when my contract ends,it won't let me sign in to see it.Where are the contact numbers.Why does Virgin make it so difficult to find the answers to these two simple questions.

What's the issue you're having with signing into your online account? You've not said what's happening.

Can you please expand for me what issues you are experiencing when you try to sign in to your online account?
