Where is my account number?

I have had virgin broadband for over a week and everyday have been on live chat asking for my account number to be shared so that I can unrestrict my internet and everyday I am told in 24 hours I will receive an email and I have received nothing, this is the worst service I have ever experienced. Please someone help
