I have just switched from BT to Virgin broadband. My BT contract will end on 16th December.
I have not been given a start date for my virgin account and won’t receive any equipment for up to 2 weeks. Can I delay the start of the contract until 16th December?

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. Our pre installations team can certainly re-schedule your installation date until the 16th of December for you.
You will need to contact our team directly on 08000521734 or 0345 454 1111.
Unfortunately, this is not something we can re-schedule from here for you.
