WhatsApp messaging - contract ending

Hi, can anyone advise how I can talk to Virgin via Whatsapp? My contract is ending, but I am having trouble getting through on the phone, most likely due to the times of day I am able to call. WhatsApp may be easier, but the option doesn't seem to come up when I am online.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
