Yesterday i rang them up using the 150 on my phone. (it took 3 attempts) before it went to speak to someone Instead of having it go to and send an app link to my mobile phone. I Upgraded my contract and got the £57 with discounts per month (landline and internet 500. Alls well and good but several hrs (about 2-3hrs later) i got an e-mail changing teh £57 to £62 per month. Trying to ring virgin and speak to someone ha=s been impossible as all it does is want to send the app to my mobile phone. I dont like those, i dont know what i am doing with those things, i can click and go through and just get lost Thats IF they have what i want to sort (usually they dont).
So can you now NO longer get through to customer services and speak to an actual staff member? or is it an option of I am thinking of leaving you that one MUST use to get to speak to a staff member?
