I though I would post on here to see if anyone can help. My services have only been on a few weeks and I have been on the phone to virgin for over 3 hours trying to resolve issues.
The latest is an issue with my bill. I spoke with virgin media recently who agreed to add kids channels and make my package a total of £44 per month. This is not reflected on my first bill, the last time I called I was given a reference number but told that everything would be sorted automatically but online and the app has not updated. I would like this issue to be rectified or made clearer as I won't allow said bit to be debited from my account.
