What does "*indicated items included on your package price" mean on contract?

Hi

I recently signed up to Virgin media with a package that included free activation and engineer installation, set up and demo.

My contract has a line for other services & charges. This is £65 for "Virgin Media Hub 3.0 Manned Install*". Where the asterisk is "*indicated items included on your package price":

I'm not quite sure I understand this asterisk. With the package, I'm expecting the manned install to be free of charge - is this what the asterisk implies? I don't want to be slammed with a bill for the £65.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi brysim,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.

I'm sorry to hear that the bill hasn't been put in an easy to understand way. I'm happy to take a look at things for you however in order to do that I will need to pass data protection with you.

I have sent you a private message regarding this and will investigate further once I receive your reply. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right hand side of the page to access your inbox.

Thanks,
