I spend 90 minutes holding and then negotiating a new deal which we agreed for £51/month. I told the person I was recording for proof of our discussion.
An email then arrives telling me my bill will be £61/month.
So here I am again holding for 90 minutes. How depressing. I have so much work to get on with but can’t now. Three hours lost. And I have recorded proof of the conversation.
How does Virgin get away with this?
