What are the virgin media account details to set up a direct debit payments?
Recently I changed my package. But I had to cancel my direct debit payments, because I could not get VM to see that I was fed up with the service. I have a better deal now, but I now need to renew my Direct Debit set up.
Is there a page in my account where I can get the correct details to set up my direct debit?
You should be able to set up a Direct Debit with VM by signing in to /my-virgin-media, then go to Latest bill > View Bill and on that page scroll down to Manage Your Direct Debit.
You can also set it up using the My Virgin Media app, which you can download by going to the My Virgin Media app page.

As mentioned above you can set a direct debit up that way.
