Welcome pack required for account number

My virgin broadband is due to arrive today but I still don't have a welcome email which I believe holds my account number etc to track my package.

All I have received is the pre contract documents on the day of order confirming my order.

However I've taken the day off work today assuming I would be able to track when this order will arrive (if it will arrive) in hope to get my home connected to the internet. 

If one of the lovely tech employees could message me privately to help me resolve this issue you would be a life saver!

It can take a couple of days for forum staff to pick up and reply to a post.

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday

Thanks for those details olivertbaines.

From what you have explained the previous tenant still has active services at the property.

Once this has been closed down "usually with in 24 hours" We can then arrange for the account to be set up in your name.
