Hello, is their anyone that can help. I would like to access my virgin media app but need my account number. I haven't recieved a paper bill or a welcome email as I am a new customer. I've checked the junk and spam folders and still no welcome pack. If someone could point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.

You should have received an email from us with your account number and Area Code. This should be located at the top of the email. Please take a look in your spam/ junk folder to ensure that you've not missed this.
