Welcome email

i didnt get a welcome email. it has been more than a week since i booked. so i couldnt manage or setup my virgin media account till now. can anybody tell me how to get the account number and area reference. thankyou

Have your VM services been installed yet?

Also worth checking the spam/junk folders on whatever contact email address you gave when booking your service.
