Hi i have just been looking to add the 360 tv but the slef install video u show on the page i have screen shoted does not work
Where is the video why do u not know it does not work not good sell side if the sites not regual checked for issues

VM's website resources have endless pages with links that are broken or which take you around in circles.

Ok but this is on tge order process so quite important that it shows it.

VM is not too worried about updating web pages with the correct information and curating and managing its web resources and materials to make sure the information is accurate and the features work correctly and reliably.
You'll find endless topics on the forums about different aspects of VM's online interfaces which do not work properly for customers.
Have you managed to put through the package change you were trying to process?

Why did the chat agent say they could do the online offer then said they could not do it
also told me the offer i see on line is for new customers only which i said was not ture as it was in my account area
think the staff need more training
