I cant log into my account, email is not recognised.
Tried resetting password but email.is not recognised.
Tried through the virgin app..... email not recognised.
Email is correct as I get all my Bill's and comms through it. Tried phoning 30+minute wait.. help

Hi John, no still not sorted.
I have tried different browsers and finally got through to someone who apparently reset it and could get into it, I'm confused on what else I can do.
