Can you confirm what devices you've tried this on?
I've tried this on my work desktop PC, my home laptop and my iPhone - multiple browsers on each but to no avail, whenever signing in at the top I'm immediately signed out upon clicking on any other of the Help links.

I think the steps would be raising an IT ticket to get the profile looked in to.
