I accepted offer and had the following

Sept 26 17:57 - email Your Virgin Media package change - expect an email?

No change to speed or my account

Just received this?!!

Sept 29 17:44 - email Don’t skip on speedier broadband. Upgrade from M350 to M500 for only £3 extra a month.

Can someone advise please?

Just noticed my offer from M350 to M500 is an extra £6 a month... Why is it double your offer?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your billing at the moment, does your bill show that you have been charged double or is it your first bill and you been charged a month in advance?

Thank you for your message. The reference to the double above was just that I was also offered an upgrade of M350 to M500 but the original post gives the offer for an extra £3 whereas my offer was for £6 so I am unsure why I am being given the same speed upgrade offer but for twice the price. 

My bill has been fine and has not changed, nor have I had any correspondence of the upgrade even though I accepted on the 27th.
